This Privacy Policy explains how The Pivot App by Kinneckt handles information when you use the app.

1. Overview

The Pivot App is a faith-centered productivity, journaling, goal-setting, and revenue-tracking app developed by Kinneckt.

In the current version of the app, core user information is primarily stored locally on the user's device. A cloud-based Kinneckt account is not required to use the app's core features.

2. Information You May Enter

The Pivot App may allow you to enter information such as:

  • Name or profile information

  • Business or brand name

  • Annual revenue goals and daily revenue targets

  • Revenue activity and progress information

  • Journal entries and reflections

  • Morning and evening Pivot responses

  • Faith check-ins

  • Money-planning information

  • Reminder and preference settings

In the current version, this information is primarily stored locally on your device.

3. How Information Is Used

Information you enter is used to provide app features such as:

  • Calculating daily targets from your selected annual goal

  • Tracking your revenue progress

  • Displaying journal and reflection history

  • Supporting Morning Pivot and Evening Pivot routines

  • Providing faith-based encouragement and scripture-based check-ins

  • Remembering your preferences and reminder choices

Kinneckt does not use your private journal entries, faith check-ins, or revenue information for advertising.

4. Data Sharing

Kinneckt does not sell your personal information.

The Pivot App does not currently provide a feature for users to publicly share private Pivot journal, faith, or revenue information with other users.

5. Notifications

The Pivot App may use local device notifications for Morning Pivot, Evening Pivot, and other reminders selected by the user.

These reminders are scheduled on the device in the current version and do not require Kinneckt to send remote marketing notifications.

6. Support Communications

If you contact Kinneckt for support, you may voluntarily provide information such as your email address, name, device details, screenshots, or a description of the issue.

That information may be used to respond to your request, troubleshoot issues, and improve support.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Apple, Google, and other platform providers may independently collect information related to app downloads, device activity, diagnostics, purchases, or platform usage according to their own privacy policies.

Kinneckt does not control how those third-party platforms process information outside The Pivot App.

8. Account and Data Deletion

The current version of The Pivot App provides an in-app Delete Account & Data option.

Using this feature clears Pivot data managed locally by the app on that device, including applicable profile, journal, revenue, preference, and related Pivot data.

If future versions add cloud-based accounts or server-side storage, this policy and the deletion process will be updated to reflect those changes.

9. Security

Kinneckt uses reasonable measures designed to support the security of The Pivot App. However, no device, application, transmission method, or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Users are encouraged to protect their devices using appropriate device security settings.

10. Children

The Pivot App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If Kinneckt becomes aware that personal information from a child under 13 has been provided in a manner that requires removal, appropriate steps will be taken.

11. Faith, Financial, and Wellness Disclaimer

Scripture and faith-based content in The Pivot App are provided for encouragement and reflection.

Revenue tracking, goal setting, and money-planning features are intended for personal productivity and motivation. The Pivot App does not provide banking, investment, accounting, tax, lending, legal, medical, or mental-health advice.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

Kinneckt may update this Privacy Policy as The Pivot App changes. When material updates are made, the effective date on this page will be revised.
