Quick Help
I am not receiving Pivot reminders.
Check your device notification settings and confirm notifications are enabled for The Pivot App. Then open Pivot Preferences and make sure your reminder choices are turned on.
My daily revenue target looks different than expected.
Your daily number is based on your annual revenue goal and the work schedule you selected. Update your goal or schedule in the app to recalculate the target.
Where is my Pivot information stored?
In the current version, your Pivot profile information, journal entries, revenue activity, goals, reflections, faith check-ins, and preferences are primarily stored locally on your device.
Can I reset or delete my Pivot data?
Yes. Use the built-in Delete Account & Data option:
Open Settings in The Pivot App.
Select Delete Account & Data.
Type DELETE when prompted.
Confirm the deletion.
This clears the locally stored Pivot data managed by the app on that device.
Does Pivot provide financial, medical, or legal advice?
No. Pivot's revenue and planning tools are designed for personal goal-setting and motivation. Faith-based content is for encouragement and reflection and is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, medical, or mental-health advice.
Privacy & Data
The Pivot App does not require a cloud account for its core features in the current version. Kinneckt does not use private Pivot journal, faith, or revenue entries for advertising.
If you email support, the information you voluntarily include in that message may be used to respond to your request.
