DELETE YOUR FAIRWAY ONE ACCOUNT AND DATA
Fairway One is provided by KINNECKT™. You can delete your Fairway One account and associated personal data from inside the app or by submitting the form on this page.
DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE APP
1. Open Fairway One.
2. Open Account & Privacy.
3. Select Delete My Account.
4. Review the deletion notice and confirm.
You may be asked to sign in again before deletion for security. Once confirmed, account deletion cannot be undone.
REQUEST DELETION ON THE WEB
If you cannot access the app, complete the form below. We will verify that you control the account email before processing the request.
Required form fields:
• Fairway One account email
• Name
• Request: Delete my Fairway One account and associated data
• Confirmation checkbox: “I understand that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.”
• Submit button: Request Account Deletion
Form confirmation:
> Your deletion request has been received. Check your email for a verification message. We will not delete the account until verification is complete. After verification, we usually complete the request within seven days and no later than 30 days unless law requires or permits a longer period.
WHAT WILL BE DELETED
When present and associated with your Fairway One user identifier, deletion includes:
• Your Fairway One authentication account.
• Your account email and user identifier in active Fairway One systems.
• Stored profile and preference records.
• Cloud-stored rounds, hole scores, putts, and performance history.
• Cloud-stored golf-bag information.
• User-uploaded files or content, if an upload feature is available and you used it.
WHAT MAY NOT BE DELETED IMMEDIATELY
• Guest information stored only on your device. Remove it by using an available in-app reset option, clearing Fairway One’s app data, or uninstalling the app.
• Temporary service-provider backups, which expire according to the provider’s backup schedule. Firebase states that deleted Authentication information may remain in backups for up to 180 days.
• Records we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or dispute-resolution reasons. Any retained information will be limited and kept only as long as necessary.
• Information that has been permanently de-identified so it can no longer reasonably identify you.
DELETE LOCAL DATA WITHOUT DELETING AN ACCOUNT
If you used Fairway One as a guest, your rounds and preferences are generally stored on your device. You can remove this information by using an available in-app reset option, clearing the app’s storage in your device settings, or uninstalling Fairway One.
