The Pivot App (“Pivot,” “the App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is developed and published by Kinneckt. We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled when you use The Pivot App.
By using The Pivot App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
Information You Provide
The Pivot App allows you to enter information such as your name, business or brand name, revenue goals, daily revenue activity, journal entries, morning and evening reflections, faith check-ins, money-planning information, preferences, and other information you choose to enter.
The current version of The Pivot App primarily stores this information locally on your device so the App can provide your personalized Pivot experience.
The Pivot App does not require you to create a cloud-based Kinneckt account to use its core features.
How We Use Information
Information entered into The Pivot App is used to provide features such as personalized daily revenue targets, goal tracking, revenue tracking, journal entries, faith-based encouragement, morning and evening routines, money planning, reminders, and user preferences.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not use information you enter into your private Pivot journal, faith check-ins, or revenue tools for advertising.
Local Device Storage
The Pivot App stores certain information on your device using application storage.
This may include your:
Name and optional business or brand name
Annual revenue goal and daily target settings
Revenue history and progress
Journal entries and reflections
Morning and evening Pivot responses
Faith check-in information
Money-planning information
Reminder and preference settings
Because this information is stored locally, deleting The Pivot App from your device may also remove locally stored information, depending on your device and operating system.
Notifications
The Pivot App may allow you to enable reminders such as morning and evening Pivot notifications.
These reminders are currently scheduled locally on your device. Pivot does not require a remote push-notification service to deliver its standard daily reminders.
You can change reminder preferences within the App or through your device notification settings.
Faith and Scripture Features
The Pivot App includes faith-based content and scripture intended for encouragement, reflection, and personal motivation.
These features are not intended to replace professional financial, legal, medical, mental-health, or other professional advice.
Financial Information
The Pivot App may allow you to enter revenue goals, sales amounts, pricing, or other business-related financial information.
Pivot is a planning and motivational tool and does not provide banking, investment, accounting, tax, or financial-advisory services.
The App does not currently connect directly to your bank account or payment card as part of its core revenue-tracking functionality.
Support Communications
If you contact Kinneckt for support, we may receive information you voluntarily provide in your email, such as your email address, name, description of your issue, screenshots, or other information you choose to send.
Support communications are used to respond to your request and improve the App.

Third-Party Platforms and Services
The Pivot App is distributed through platforms such as the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms may independently collect information related to downloads, purchases, device information, crash reports, or other platform activity according to their own privacy policies.
The App may also rely on operating-system and development services necessary to provide features such as notifications, application distribution, and crash or performance functionality.
Information collected directly by Apple, Google, or other third-party platform providers is governed by their respective privacy policies.
Data Sharing
Kinneckt does not sell your personal information.
We may disclose information when required by law, legal process, governmental request, or when reasonably necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of Kinneckt, The Pivot App, or its users.
We may also use service providers when necessary to operate, maintain, distribute, or support the App. Such providers may process limited information as necessary to provide their services.
Account and Data Deletion
The Pivot App includes an in-app Delete Account & Data option.
Because the current version primarily stores Pivot information locally, using this feature removes Pivot-related information stored by the App on that device, including applicable profile information, journal entries, revenue history, goals, and preferences.
This action cannot be undone.
If future versions of Pivot introduce cloud-based accounts or cloud storage, this Privacy Policy and the deletion process will be updated to explain how server-stored information is deleted.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to design The Pivot App with privacy and security in mind.
However, no electronic storage system or mobile device can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security protections on their devices, including passwords, PINs, biometric security, and operating-system updates.
Children’s Privacy
The Pivot App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we learn that personal information from a child has been collected in a manner inconsistent with applicable law, we will take reasonable steps to address the situation.

Your Choices
You may choose what information you enter into The Pivot App. You may update your profile and preferences, disable notifications, remove information where the App provides that capability, or use Delete Account & Data to remove Pivot information stored locally by the App.
You may also uninstall the App at any time.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as The Pivot App evolves.
If significant changes are made to the way personal information is handled, we may update the effective date, modify the policy within the App, or provide another appropriate notice.
Continued use of The Pivot App after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy where permitted by law.
